Money Raised from Fair and Pie Sales Benefits Community Organizations
First Church’s Benevolence Circle distributed $10,000 in November to Monadnock nonprofits and service groups. Working with the trustees, it was decided to hold back some Fair funds for 2026 to be for scholarships and emergency requests. Because the intent is to distribute all funds raised by the Fair/Pie sale, the Circle was able to increase amounts for current beneficiaries and add one new organization. These organizations are:
Camp Scholarships
Horton Center Summer Camp
Scouts, Troup 33 Jaffrey
